This is the time of year when it starts getting so hectic with shopping, parties, and company coming over. Would you like to try a dreamy dessert that is quick and so easy. Actually, it is a dessert that is delicious all year round.A Dreamy Dessert That Is Quick And So EasyClick To Tweet
I discovered this dreamy dessert at Publix. It is one of the grocery stores that I enjoy shopping at. I must have timed it right because they were giving a demonstration showing how to make California turkey club wraps and pineapple dream cups. Both recipes are delicious but today I’ll share the pineapple dream cups.
My friend and I were going to go out for lunch and then come back to watch a movie. He always enjoys coffee and dessert so this recipe was a perfect choice. And do you want to know why? Because I made it the day before. Another dessert we enjoy is Cranberry Crumb Pie.
And it hits the spot. It is not a heavy dessert which is really what you want if you have a heavy meal or a restaurant meal. Don’t you think the servings are huge? Sometimes I take it home and have it for lunch the next day but it isn’t the same you know? Anyway, this dessert is filling and will satisfy your sweet tooth yet you won’t feel like you really over ate.
Yes, I did tweak it a little like I like to do. I had white chocolate chips, coconut, and chopped macadamia nuts so I used them as a garnish. That really makes it festive and so good. Do you think you’ll give it a try? It really is a dreamy dessert that is quick and so easy.

A Dreamy Dessert That Is Quick And So Easy
- 4 White chocolate chip macadamia cookies coarsely crushed
- 2 3.25 oz Containers prepared banana pudding It was sold out so I used instant pudding
- 1 8 oz Can pineapple tidbets, drained
- 1 8 oz Container coconut yogurt
- Frozen Whipped Topping thawed optional I used whipped cream
Crush the cookies, place 2 tablespoons of cookies pieces into the bottom of 4 serving cups. Then add even amounts of pudding, pineapple, and yogurt.
Top with whipped topping, if desired and an even amount of 2 tablespoons of cookies. I didn't add the cookies. I sprinkled the white chocolate chips, chopped macadamia nuts and coconut on the top with a spritz of whipped cream.
