Crush the cookies, place 2 tablespoons of cookies pieces into the bottom of 4 serving cups. Then add even amounts of pudding, pineapple, and yogurt.
Top with whipped topping, if desired and an even amount of 2 tablespoons of cookies. I didn’t add the cookies. I sprinkled the white chocolate chips, chopped macadamia nuts and coconut on the top with a spritz of whipped cream.
